First Calgary asks court to postpone AGM over Algeria

First Calgary Petroleums Ltd., the Calgary-based oil and gas producer fighting an attempt by dissident shareholders to fire its chief executive, is asking a Calgary court today to postpone its annual shareholders’ meeting, scheduled for Tuesday.
