Three major papers pull out of Audit Bureau of Circulations

Three of Canada’s large newspaper publishers are pulling out of the Audit Bureau of Circulations, a 94-year-old organization that measures newspaper circulation to help advertisers decide where to place their money.

Automakers ask Ottawa to consider raising gas prices
